go to the project page and click on the embed button under the project player. Then something like this will pop up

check the stuff you want and uncheck the stuff you don't want, then once you're ready, copy all the text in the text box. Tip, click on the text box and press ctrl + a or if you're on mac, cmd + a to select all the text, then either right-click on the selected text and click copy, or press ctrl + c or cmd + c on mac to copy the text.

once you copy the text, go to the snap forum and paste that into a post on it's own line.
