I am on a mobile device currently. I do not use my Laptop for block coding. I use it for other platforms surrounding coding. My browser has a thing called a console which shows the HTML of a page which can be edited for your view only and goes away once reloaded. You can edit the console also as shown in some scratch projects on how to follows yourself and people that cant be followed.
No means to be sarcastic on the thing called a console part.

Just open the examples tab in the open window and click "codification".
technically, yes, but you'd have to write a whole interpreter for snap in javascript, or java, or any other programming language.
