Say block missing in students snap

One of my students says she does not have the Say block any more. She searched for it and it is gone. I had her log out and log back in and that did not help.

She stated that she inported some blocks before this problem started.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Usually this means that she's looking at the stage rather than at a sprite. Click on a sprite (in the sprite corral, with the sprite thumbnails below the stage, not on the stage itself) and see if that fixes it.

Or she hide the block with a right click on this block

try to right click (not on a block!) and choose show primitives
