Just to be clear, you've already gone into the sprite you want to run the script, and inserted something that looks like this:
when I am [clicked V] open [https:// V] [(link to the game's rules)] :: sensing
into the code area, right?
I don't know why it wouldn't work other than that script not being added.

edit: I just tested it on my chromeOS device again and it didn't work.

It just hangs and eventually stops after like 30 seconds for me

Actually at that time I was using Chrome on Windows 10
It works for me, but only in editor. It doesn't work on the project page (for me, at least). Windows 11, Chrome.
