Re-add a list block

you could easily just do something like

[scratchblocks]
(((list)::list) as text::list)::events hat
report (combine (list) using ((join [] [•] []::operators)::grey ring)::list)::control cap

not the same, because if all items are 1 letter long, and they are not a number, there won't be a space.

It does not add spaces as needed.

I don't think a Snap! primitive is needed for this. I'm planning to have Snapinator just generate a custom block where necessary.
