Problem Logging into the Forum

Help with Snap!

My students are having an issue logging into the Snap! forum.
They are receiving the message "There is a problem with your account. Please contact the site's administrator."

Any suggestions?

Is it all students or some? Can you share the usernames of anyone who is having trouble?

I emailed a response but will also respond here.
It is happening to most students.
The students that this problem did not happen to are ones that had previously logged into the snap forum at an earlier date.

I'll try and collect all their usernames.
One I know off the top of my head is: mlopez25
