Oh no. A super cipher

I’m building a decoder for my cipher block. Here’s the block:

And here’s the output… every “.” Separates a start of a single letter

The beginning part is for an extra bit of scramble.

Hmm. I think your code is more complicated than necessary. If you say

should have the same value:

It’s supposed to be over complicated! Each pattern of each letter is different. Even the slightest change will give a super different output!

??? Unicode of the letter is a part of the “cipher” at a fixed position, just before the “.”
