I don’t think the Minesweeper is possible to beat
It definitely is, but you will definitely be tripped up by the offset. 
You can even flag cells with space, but there’s no tutorial about it. Not even the spike AI knows about minesweeper.
Also, the notepad app should have the ability to move the text cursor with the arrow keys. Keep up the good work, @sladescar!
