Is a Snap Mod of some sort but does not say Snap1 Dev or Snap!con team, etc. They have only been online the day the account was created. Is this a bug?

Maybe somebody either hacked or its a really big glitch or bug.
Why do you need to know? They could be a temporary account for all that you know.
