My project lags too much

Does anyone know why it lags so much? And maybe how to fix it?

one thing I instantly noticed was the abundance of <touching color [rgb(150,200,255)]?> blocks, which i’ve heard are really slow/take a lot of resources, so I would try replacing many (or all) of those as a start

When I replace them my game wouldn’t work…

try separating things like the ground into individual sprites, and detecting if the player is touching those instead

I removed some of those touching color? Blocks and it’s a lot better now. Thank you
