There's a library for that, but it only includes the command, not the reporter. Here's the reporter version:

I think no reporter version was produced as I think the standard if then else reporter does the same job

True. OTOH much the same could be said for the command version! The advantage of CASES is that you don't get lost in telescoping instances of IF.
