Sometimes, I make a new custom block and want to move it to the top of its category, but since the box 
gives options to only move the block up or down one space; it is always a bit annoying to do. If we add an option (like move up 3), it will save a lot of time when moving custom blocks.

I agree that it should be easier to move blocks around in the palette. In a perfect world, you'd be able to shift-drag a block to where you want it in the palette, or something like that. And you'd be able to put custom blocks up with the primitive blocks. And there'd be a primitive block that would take a list of blocks and reorder the palette to match it. And there would be drawers with right arrowheads you'd click to turn them into down arrowheads and display the blocks in the drawer. Maybe someday... Jens has said he wants to improve palette management but I'm not sure how far he'll want to go in that direction.
