Was chirp(the scratch mod) also made by Jen’s?
According to the scratch wiki, yes, it was made by jens. The only real inaccuracy on the page, is that it's a precursor to BYOB, not Snap! (BYOB was the precursor to Snap!, and still is slightly part of the Snap! code (there's a file in the snap source called byob.js)).
