Make loading external sounds possible!

My request is add a block that just loads a sound from another location. This is for reducing the project size.
Or just making a block that creates a sound from a given URL.
I don't know.
Just make a block that can load audio from another URL.

You know you can drag a sound into Snap! from your desktop, right?

But yes, you should be able to do that from a program. Same with pictures.

It requires JS, though.

I know that but, just reducing the size of sounds, like sounds that exceed the cloud limit.

no they won't i've done it before just, with javascript and i don't particularly like that.
