Make it possible to edit the colour and name of custom categories

Right now you can only create a category and remove it, if you want to edit a category then you have to delete it and then recreate it. This moves the blocks to “other”, so you have to move them back one by one, which is annoying

Can’t you just right click the block palette and select “Change a Category”?

no, all the features work on both

And even before version 12 you could change the colour by creating a new category with the same name and your desired colour.
