In the screen capture below, I quickly double tap on Shapes to import it, and then immediately double tap on the continuations library to import it as well. The result? The importation of Shapes gets interrupted, resulting in the categories being loaded but not the blocks (sometimes it takes multiple tries to get this).
Note that I found this because, when scrolled to the bottom of the dialogue, selecting a library makes the library list jump up slightly. This resulted in me starting to import Shapes whilst accidentally hitting Draw Paths.

I don’t think this should happen in normal use. If you’re constantly switching around, there’s a bit of logic so the most recent action wins. However, it definitely shouldn’t be possible to accidentally import half a library. that seems like an odd issue.
