LaLaVoice inspired project

For context, for the Japanese versions of Windows 98, 2000, ME, and XP, there was something called LaLaVoice, which is one of the earliest voice synthesizers. The voices that were in the program were robotic sounding, which in my opinion, is much better than those weirdly human sounding synthesizers.

Low quality image of LalaSong, and it is one of the few images of this software, unfortunately.

I’ve been very curious about the idea of a project, that is inspired by this. Unfortunately, I am not the best at making stuff like this, so I think a collaboration would be better. Please let me know if you want to collab with me on this, I would be delighted.

(LaLaVoice was also used for text to speech, but there is already a TTS block on here.)

What jobs(jobs as in on the project not in the real life) can people do on this project? I’m interested

Maybe the different types of voices you can choose from? Or maybe the music sheet? (So like, a interactive music sheet so you can put the music note where you want to)
I think another good idea is an idea for what the voices (or characters, like in LaLaVoice) should look like, because there are different characters for each voice.

Maybe the words to phoneme converter thats important

That too!

where would we even start

The voices probably?

What are voices made of? Phonemes. What do words represent? Phonemes. What is the simplest piece of speech? Phonemes.

<_< Understandable

I can help! Just tell me what i need to do!

Check reply 2 :^D (Sorry if this comes off as rude)
