Is this the "failed to load image" icon or the actual file menu icon?

Is this the actual icon or is it the failed to load image icon because GoGuardian blocks some images?

It's the actual image. Also, gogaurdian wouldn't be able to block that image, because it's actually stored in base64 in the code, either that, or the image is generated by code (as an icon)

edit: just checked the code, and I can confirm that it is just a symbol or icon. I'm pretty sure it's generated by code.
