Is there a way to unsubscribe from a forum thread?

I commented in a thread that is now getting a LOT of posts, so I am getting a LOT of notifications, which I don't really want. Is there a way to unsubscribe from that thread even though I had commented in it?

I would suggest setting it to normal so you only get notified if someone mentions your @username
