Is there a way to make it so 2 diffrent arguments share 1 arrows

I am trying to make a match block, i currently have the block

but it has 2 arrows, but i wish it had only 1 and that when you click it it would create 1 more "value" and "code"
... I cannot upload the xml...

what is the block supposed to do?

Input groups are high on our list of things to do, but we haven't worked out a UI that won't be confusing. Two component inputs are just a special case; there could be any number, plus title text labelling the inputs.
