I like snap more, but scratch’s performance is better. I know its not likely, but is there any way I can make a project in Snap!, then port it over to Scratch and play it there, lag-free?
Snap! is (almost) a strict superset of Scratch. If you like the look of Snap! better, use Scratch Addons to change it.

TL;DR: No.
It’s theoretically possible to convert in the other direction, although the program that does it is way out of date. But there’s too much in Snap! that just doesn’t exist in Scratch to convert in that direction.
