well no, it is complex. MonkeyWarp is the Snap*!* equivalent of Turbowarp
Just so you know, someone already took that idea.
However, feel free to continue working on your own version.
That project you linked is dead, and it doesn’t work anymore, so I’d say it’s ok for @chinafanandytmv to make his mod
