I Tried Tosh But it is so buggy and I can’t really get it to work. It looked liked a good text-based Programming.

IIRC, Tosh hasn’t been updated in quite some time, I think it doesn’t even support Scratch 3 blocks!
By the way, Phosphorus is a scratch player designed to make Scratch 2.0 projects run faster
