I need help adding an extended input to my block!

So basically I want an extension for this pen block but I can’t figure out how to do it.

Something like this. But I can’t find out how to do it in Snap!

I have tried using what the messages block uses, but it’s just a preset so it doesn’t do what I want it to do!
