Y'know, the block from Scratch. Is it possible to make it in Snap with custom blocks?

You don't have to. There already is a block that does what the item # of block.

Oh wow, I see they already added it, or maybe Scratch added it from them

snap came after scratch
it was originally a mod of scratch's code
but now it is original code written by jens and other developers
