wdym offline? you can download snap offline, edit it so it starts up with whatever project you want, and use a <iframe>

I do not think it is possible to embed your project (or anything else) to a PowerPoint file. As for embedding HTML code, you need to share your project (it is up to you if you want to publish the project). After sharing your project, you have to reload the page, then a Copy Embed button will appear there, you will have to click that and finally, copy the code that appears.
