How do I redo a topic that got deleted due to 30 days since response

For example I have a topic for a feature for slots but then nobody responded to it but if I say it again it will say its a dupe

if a post is still unanswered within 20-29 days, you could bump the post (post your own reply) so other people can see it, but this has to be done a few days before the post closes.

this isnt the same as necroposting, since you are the one replying or bumping the post.
