How do I make Snap! look more like Scratch 3.0?

I need help making the Snap! editor look like Scratch 3.0, Its because Snap's! editor page looks like version 1.4 and it would be way easier for it to look like Scratch's 3.0 update

The closest you can get to scratch 3.0 is clicking the settings button and clicking "flat design".
