How do I do really anything in the vector editor?

I’m trying to figure out the vector editor. I wanna know if you can curve lines, make points, rotate stuff, and whatever the heck the top, bottom, up, and down buttons do.

You can’t really do much in it, and the devs know that it needs to be redone. I would just recommend using another vector editor, like scratch or inkscape, and then import the svg, which you can do just by dragging and dropping the file into snap, or clicking file > import.
