How do I Change Colors of Blocks With Dev Mode?

It does save if the block is already on the canvas, but I want the flag to be green always

You can already do that in a custom block. Just type this into an input

$flag-0-0-255-0

the values are

$flag-[size]-[r]-[g]-[b]

and yes, you can do this with regular text. Just stick a $ in front of it.
