Help with requesting to Scratch

What I'm trying to do is to remake this (it's in Python): https://github.com/CubeyTheCube/scratchclient
I'm trying to do what lines 21 to 50 are doing in ScratchSession.py ("login(password)" function). It's making a POST request to scratch.mit.edu/login. I'm trying to do the same but I get this error:
