Have an empty c slot count as a empty ring in a custom block

This is probably a small nitpick (because I wouldn't know anyone using an empty c slot,) but I think that an empty c-slot should be represented as an empty ring.

So that this:

Javascript Blocks script pic (1)

would now be this:

Javascript Blocks script pic (2)

Edit: Whoops. They work the same. Still leaving this here though.
