Easiest way to learn Unity?

I tried to learn Unity once, but all of the stuff I looked at to learn it seemed out of date?
So, what's the easiest way to learn it?

you can use bolt, unity's official visuals script, but it looks nothing like scratch and it is still very hard, you still have to need to know the concepts such as euler angles, Quatarnion and other stuff
