Dropping a block into a speech bubble pulls it into the palette

  1. Ringify a block (or use a block that reports a block)
  2. Grab the ringified block in the speech bubble
  3. Drop it into the speech bubble
  4. The block jumps into the palette instead of the speech bubble even though it is dropped into the speech bubble

This isn't a bug. Whenever you try to drop a block someplace where it's not allowed, it jumps back into the palette (where it disappears). You can't drop things into speech bubbles!
