I've done away with the command/reporter/predicate when drawing blocks. I've turned the current blocks into rectangles, so, no dent:

It's too hard to draw the dent. And having it the way it is currently, I think it could be made into a block-based Scheme.

I've updated it again. Now it writes the labels, and the block follows the mouse.

Can't you make the text "auto-color" themselves depending on the backgrounds lightness value?

I'm migrating it to colors, as opposed to HSLA lists, and I have a bug. Can anyone help me fix it? It simply stops at some point.
