Can't log into snap, or visit the website

I tried to log into snap, and it gave me this message.

I can assure you I have internet. I tried to go to the snap website and…

Can anyone tell me what’s going on and how to fix it? I’ve tried restarting my computer, it didn’t work.

You can’t fix it, snap has to. You may have to try again tomorrow.

Help! Snap! is down!

If you need to communicate with us in an emergency, such as the Snap! site being down, posting on the forum is not as good as sending an email to contact@snap.berkeley.edu. If the site is up (or you connect to a mirror site) but you can't log in, that means our cloud server is down too. Report that by email also. This seems counterintuitive because email is a one-way medium so it doesn't have the conversational feeling of some other channels, but we do get notified when email comes in.
