Bugs and a Question

So when I go to my own games and I scroll down it doesn't let me go down. There is another glitch/bug that when I go to my own projects I can't play some of them but when I go to editing and play it I can.

that's not a bug. it's intentional. Just click out of the project area, and then you'll be able to scroll down.
