Please help. Students are getting frustrated. It seems to be for students who are working on bigger projects.

hmm… I also cannot reproduce this, but I’ve seen reports by students whose school laptops were very low on memory because the school had installed extremely memory-hungry “security” spyware on it, even in the form of Chrome extensions (on Chromebooks). Low memory situations can lead to loss of media, can you maybe check whether there are any Chrome extensions installed? Sorry!
I just had it happen again on my computer. I’m using an Intel Ultra Core 7 with 32Gb ram.
Maybe it is my extensions. I will turn them off and see if I can NOT recreate it. Today, it crashed when I opened a costume to Paint. The screen went white and then all the sprite images blanked. the number of and names of the costumes did not change. - Thanks, Jason
which browser is this? I remember encountering this a while ago on some older versions of Firefox (?)
Looking closely at the image, it appears to be Chrome.
