Is the OP a bot?
doesn’t seem like it, they have past activity on the forums that seems real
i think they just aren’t checking the forums much
Ah, OK. I should’ve been more patient
Sorry for not sharing the link.
Here’s the link: Alonzo OS (Indev) by wienco123 | Snap! Build Your Own Blocks
well make it more like an OS
It will be a command line in V.0.0.1.
Later, in V.0.2.0, it will include a desktop environment!
ok!
Currently working on V.0.0.1. Look at the checklist at the very top of this topic.
Also, some extra notes.
Alonzo OS is based on Linux, with a Windows-style BSOD (we’ll add that at V.0.1.3)
UPDATE: I added the BSOD earlier.
i checked it on the top list ![]()
Read the extra notes!
Note that its better to not redraw the log every frame. and instead simply print the text on every write block (it moves the sprite). I’ll whip up a working console implementation so you may use it, but this would be better.

Why?
Reduces flicker (what you see at the current moment), and more “free” (you can change the color of the text you print, for example). I’ll create my implementation when I get home.
Uhhh.. yeah, that’s what OP said? What does this have to do with anything?
