Allow people to hide blocks from their block pallet

Can Snap include an feature where people are allowed to hide blocks from the pallet while not deleting it?

For example, I can hide all blocks in operators if I wanted to, including the already provided blocks.

People can enable or disable hiding blocks from the settings, which is disabled by default.

I think right now you can hide only primitives, but this is a feature many teachers want, and we actually have some funding to support it, so it'll happen.
