Technically when I am [stopped V] does run when the user presses the stop button, but it only runs for one frame. Other than that, the snap devs are very against running code when the stop button is pressed. It’s meant to stop a project altogether, not continue running code.

credit to @mark4sisb for the block, this should work for you, however only when the next snap version 12.1 releases. Just remember that it’s when the stop square is clicked, not the stop sign. Drag the image of the block into the snap editor.
To import this block, simply drag the image of the block into the editor.
@sathvikrias: When posting script pics (images of blocks or scripts) to new users, please tell them that they can drag the block into the editor to import it.
I do that 99% of the time, I can’t believe I forgot! Fixed now.
First class processes really kinda filled a void that I guess wasn’t talked about much here. I took a look at the definitions, and processes made them way simpler than I thought.
