Add in a get keys block to the JSON library blocks

I think the JSON library blocks should have a reporter to request the keys of a listified JSON string

I've made a simple one but it probably needs to more complex as I'm not sure what it should report if the listified JSON doesn't have any keys

Empty List? Empty text?

If the range of the function is lists, then it should still be lists in edge cases. Imho.
