Ability to close your own topics

I don't know if Discourse lets you do that, but I think it's not a bad idea. And you could open it again (unless a mod doesn't permit you to do that). What do you think?

yesss!

It's a good idea. Wy don't you suggest this on the official discourse forums

I don't see an option for that in the settings.

There isn't an option. That's why I'm requesting this!

Idk how to request it... And I don't have an account as well

No, I meant, in the Admin settings, where there are a gazillion options for everything, there isn't one for this.

Does Discourse have the feature I'm resquesting?

You can easily create an account, and for requesting a feature, just request it in the features category.

No, at least I can't find it. That's what I'm trying to say!

You should add it. But I know you are busy, so I think this will be requested to Discourse

I dont think bh and jens are that good at that type of stuff (no offense)

None taken. But it's not really a question of "good at." Learning the innards of someone else's big program takes a lot of effort, and we don't think that's a good use of our time. That sort of thing is what undergraduates are for.

oh, ok
