A way to prevent users from editing lists

Hi. I'm making a very complex program and I don't want users to be able to interact with the lists as they want. Is there a way to prevent users from adding or removing items from a list?

Hi and welcome to the forums

The short answer - no.

Snap! is designed and built for users to edit and modify programs and they are encouraged to do so.

They can't alter them while the program is running in full-screen mode but you can't stop them from looking inside - changing anything and then re-running it again

there is a way, by not showing the list, but instead putting all the list contents on the stage using the write block.
