How to change a forum category of a topic?

In the printscreen there are yellow steps (1-2-3-4) to do in order to change the topic's category.

Maybe you could move it to How to...?

Yeah, you're right.

It does meet criteria for both "meta" (since it's a forum topic about forum topics) and "how to...", and maybe it would be better to move it to "how to..." category, as you suggest. Done.
